Matt presents
Matt Gibson, our new guard arrived to our club, and he would like to present himself in some words:
Matt Gibson: - I am 29 years old and I will make 30 in October 2. I am from Oklahoma City, United States. My religion is Christian. I believe that Jesus Christ died on a cross to save humanity from sin and I believe what the Bible teaches.
I have been playing professional basketball in Europe and South America for 7 years. I also worked in the high school and coached junior boys age 14-15. I have always been around basketball from a very young age. My father Lon Gibson played professional basketball in France before he married my mom and moved to Oklahoma. My mother Linda Gibson and father are still married and they are both teachers. My little brother Hunter plays his first professional basketball season this year in Finland. My girlfriend Anni Makitalo is Finnish and is also a professional basketball player.
I have played in many countries Belgium, Romania, Finland, France, Mexico, Venezuela and now Hungary. I am very happy and excited to be here and to have this experience in this country. I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to work with Klub Kaposvar and I believe we will have a fun and successful season. To all the fans I hope to see at the games.
